This policy explains how Quinto Sales Inc ("we") handles information on the quintosales.com website. It covers this website only — see "The QAI product" below for how product data is governed.

What we collect

When you submit the demo-request form, we receive the information you enter: your name, dealership, CRM, work email, and (optionally) your mobile number. If you email us instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.

How we use it

Only to respond to you: to reply, schedule and run your demo, and follow up about QAI. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Where it lives

Demo requests are stored in our private Google Workspace (a restricted Google Sheet and our email). Access is limited to Quinto Sales Inc. Submissions travel over HTTPS.

What this site doesn't do

• No cookies set by us, and no third-party analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.
• Our hosting provider (Vercel) may record standard server logs — such as IP address and browser type — as part of operating and securing the service.

The QAI product

The QAI product connects to dealership CRM systems (CDK CRM / Elead, via the Fortellis platform) on behalf of dealer customers under separate customer agreements. Data handled by the product is governed by those agreements, not by this website policy.

Retention and your choices

We keep demo-request information for as long as we need it to respond and do business with you. Email qai@quintosales.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
